Product Details

CALCOUGH® Children Syrup is a specifically designed cough medicine for children aged one and above.

  • Effective relief from dry, tickly coughs and sore throats

  • Suitable from 1 year

  • Available as: Children’s Syrup, 125ml, Blackcurrant flavour

  • Contains glycerin and liquid sugar

Pharmaceutical waste should be returned to community pharmacies

CALCOUGH® Children’s Syrup is a non-drowsy liquid cough medication for kids that has been developed by our specialists to help gently relieve dry, tickly coughs and sore throats. This product can be taken alongside CALPOL® Infant Suspension if pain and fever relief is also needed.

Children 1-5 years

  • One 5ml spoonful

  • 3 to 4 times a day

Children over 5 years and adults

  • Two 5ml spoonful’s

  • 3 to 4 times day

  • If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, consult your doctor.

  • For further advice, always read the cough syrup label.

For pain and fever. CALPOL® SIXPLUS™ Sugar Free Suspension and CALPOL® SIXPLUS™ Fastmelts contain paracetamol, can be used in children from 6 years old. For pain and fever. CALPROFEN® Ibuprofen Suspension contains ibuprofen, can be used in infants from 3 months old (weighing over 5Kg). For pain and fever. CALCOUGH® Infant Syrup contains glycerol, can be used in infants from 3 months old. For dry cough. CALCOUGH® Children's Syrup, can be used in children over one year old. For cough. CALGEL® Teething Gel contains an anaesthetic and antiseptic, can be used in infants from 5 months. For short- term use of no more than 7 days, where non-medicinal methods have not provided relief.
